Workshops
Paper Making -
Learn how to make paper from cotton linter and other
fibers like iris leaves, corn husks and prairie grasses.
This is a wonderful hands-on activity for classrooms,
summer camps, art guilds and just about any group or
age level. Paper making classes will be offered from
my studio in the summer months.
Workshops can run from 1 to 4 hours. Prices vary
depending on what the group wants to do.
All materials are included in the price.
Paste Paper-
This technique comes from the bookbinding tradition
and was used for the fancy endpapers in handmade
books. It is simple, quick and "no fail". Great for
children and adults.
"Water Drawing" on loose pulp.Just one of
the interesting techniques demonstrated
in class.
